Your communications plan shouldn’t just get your word out, it should tell your story. By telling a story, you do more than just create a one-time customer transaction. Ultimately, it creates the proper connection that keeps a consumer coming back to your product or service again and again.

For more than a decade I have been helping organizations to tell their story, through newsletters, press releases, media interviews, events, social media, and more. It's a job that is enjoyable but seldom easy, as each organization has its own needs and accompanying challenges.
